「ホット」スパゲティ(spaghetti alio, olio et pepperoncino)

これは私の大好きいなレシピの一つです。簡単に作られてもとても美味しいです。私のように辛い食べ物が好きなら、この料理はあなたにピッタリです。「スパゲティアリオ、オリオエペッパーロンチーノ」はニンニク、オリーブオイル、唐辛子のスパゲティという意味で、料理のベースになります。もちろん、塩も入れます。

材料：（2人分）

・スパゲティ 2人分

・ニンニク 2かけ

・唐辛子 2個

・オリーブオイルたっぷり（大さじ2杯ぐらい）

・塩

作り方：

①ニンニクと唐辛子をみじんぎりにする。水を鍋に入れ沸騰させてスパゲティを入れ、

②鍋に水を入れて湯をわかして、塩を少し入れる。スパゲティをばらしながら入れて全体を湯にひたし、ほぐすように混ぜる。時々混ぜながら袋の表示時間通りにゆで、水気を切る。冷水で約5秒洗って置く。

③フライパンでオリーブオイルを熱し、①のニンニク、唐辛子、塩を入れて、ニンニクがキツネ色になるまで炒る。

④②のスパゲッティを加えよくかき混ぜて出来上がりです！

そのままで、あるいは、好きなサラダと一緒に召し上がって下さい。
